Built from solid pine with a deep, hand-applied finish that lets the natural knots and grain read through, this tall six-drawer chest is designed to stand with authority — wide enough to anchor a wall, tall enough to command the room. The structure is deliberate and clean: raised panel framing around every drawer face, smooth-glide action built for daily use over decades, nailhead accents running the base platform.

What stops people is the leatherwork. Each drawer carries a hand-tooled leather panel inset into the raised frame — dark brown hide with cream natural leather cutwork showing through the floral pattern, creating a pierced effect you cannot replicate with a printer or a stamp. The floral scrollwork is carved and cut by hand, the detail traceable with a fingertip. Forged iron bail handles hang heavy against each panel — hammered, dark, and built to last as long as the dresser itself.
