Standard Return Policy for In-Stock Showroom Items

For all in-stock, non-customized items shipped directly from our showroom floor, we are pleased to offer a 72-hour return window from the moment the item is delivered to your home. If you find that your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us within this timeframe at [email protected] to initiate a return. We request that all items be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • If Damage Occurs During Delivery or If There is a Defect: Return shipping will be covered by The Vault Rustic Furniture. Please document any damage or defects with clear photos and contact us immediately for assistance.
  •  If the Customer Simply Has a Change of Heart: Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Custom Orders Policy

At The Vault Rustic Furniture, we recognize the special considerations involved in creating custom furniture pieces tailored to your personal style and space.


Cancellation Policy

The journey of bringing your custom order to life starts immediately upon confirmation, with the selection and procurement of materials designed specifically for your project. Consequently, once a custom order has been initiated, it cannot be canceled.


Sales Items

Refunds do not apply to items with special pricing. If you purchase an item on sale, we do not issue refunds.


Missing or Damaged Items

Although very unlikely, if your items are lost or damaged in transit, you will NOT be responsible for fixing any of these damages. We insure all items that have been shipped, so if anything is damaged, the delivery company will be responsible for compensation. If you receive a damaged product, take as many photos as possible of the damage. If the delivery truck has already left, reach out to us immediately, and we will get everything worked out for you.

Note: If damage occurs during delivery or if the item is defective, return shipping will be covered. If the return is due to a change of heart, return shipping will be charged, along with a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions.


Return Conditions

For a return to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Original Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, without signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
  2. Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any protective materials, labels, and documentation.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to initiate a return.
  4. Inspection Process: All returns will undergo an inspection to verify they meet the above conditions before a refund is issued.
