Free shipping is available only within the continental United States.

At The Vault Rustic Furniture, we’re committed to making your delivery experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Every step, from production to delivery, is designed to ensure your new furniture arrives on time and in perfect condition.

What to Expect

Delivery Coordination:

  • When your order is out of production and ready to ship, our Customer Service team will reach out to finalize your payment and schedule your delivery.
  • Items in storage for longer than 30 days after production completion are subject to additional fees.

Preparing for Delivery

  • It is essential to ensure the delivery path is accessible and that the furniture will fit through entryways. Any obstacles, such as stairs, can be navigated for in-room placement.
  • Please also clear the designated room in advance, as our delivery team is not able to move existing furniture.

Delivery Day Guidelines

Inspection and Release of Liability:

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture before signing the delivery paperwork. Only sign if everything meets your expectations, as signing releases the carrier from liability for any transport-related damages. Be sure to document any shipping damage on the delivery paperwork before signing.

Rescheduling and Measurements

  • Since custom furniture is non-returnable, please confirm all measurements in advance. This includes checking doorways, stairwells, hallways, ceilings, entryways, and any potential obstructions that may impact delivery.
  • White Glove Delivery Service
    • Our White Glove Delivery service provides a premium experience. Our delivery team will place your furniture in the designated room and haul away any delivery wrappings.

    Important Note: Ensure someone is present to receive the delivery, and provide any special instructions for our carriers at the time of order placement.
